| Production of Open 5.70 & 0pen 5.70 |

Further to many inquiries and lot of interest concerning the Phileas Boats, we confirm that the Open 5.70 and Open 5.00 will continue to be built. The transfer of the moulds to the Hobie Cat factory in Toulon is now completed. This will allow the production team to resume the production of these two models very soon.
